Job Summary

The position exists to ensure that summer recreational and competitive camps and programs run smoothly and effectively. The focus of the job is to support operations in a multi-faceted role.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Program Coordination and Client Support – Support Summer Hours

Registration Management
Customer Service
Emails and Phone Messages
Program Communication

2 Coach Liaison

Assist in Onboarding and document review
Assist in Coach communications

3. Executive Personal Assistant to Vice-President

Administrative support
Personal assistant work
Research Assistant
Assist in special projects

4. Equipment Management Support

Assist in equipment management providing support to manager
Help coordinate pickups and drop offs

5. Clothing administration

Communicate client and coach clothing needs
Assist in distribution and collection

6. Marketing Support

Ensure Website is updated and correct
Assist in the optimization of programs

Essential Qualifications

Experience

Enrolled or completed post-secondary education

Competencies & Skills

Strong Communication skills – balancing the many stakeholders, including outdoor programming weather challenges
Organization – creates less chances for error by having a detailed weekly plan
Quick Learner on online platforms and apps
Problem Solving
Adaptability

Assets

Bilingual (English, French)

Important Information

To be considered, candidates must have access to a vehicle for transportation. The successful candidate will be compensated for work-related travel.

Compensation

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
