Maverick Volleyball is seeking dedicated, professional and experienced Skill Experts to become integral members of our dynamic team in Mavericks newest program of Private Coaching. Program Descriptions 

The Private Coaching Program (PCP) is designed to provide opportunities to athletes to dive into the details of the technique and skills of their position. These sessions are guided by Maverick’s own dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced Skill Experts. The Skill Experts are coaches and former athletes with extensive experience playing and/or coaching at a high level, such as coaching 17/18U and higher or playing at the post-secondary level.  

The goal of the PCP is to add to an athlete's knowledge, understanding and ability without impacting their team performance negatively. To achieve this, the Skill Expert is expected to communicate with the athletes' coaches before a private session, regarding the key tactical aspects of the team and inquire about load management. In principle, PCP sessions should be low impact as most of the time is spent on technical details.
